How to Email Account Configuration [Microsoft Outlook 2003]

Microsoft Outlook 2003 enables you to receive your emails on the server.

Procedure to be followed:

 

1. Open your Microsoft Outlook 2003 software.

2. In the Tools menu, you click on “E-mail Accounts …” (figure #1)

3. In the window, select the box: Add new Email account. And click on Next. (figure #2)

- Click on the Add button… (figure #3)

 

4. Click the POP3 box. And click on Next. (figure #4)

5. Enter your information for your email account. Then, click on Next. (figure #5)

 

 

 

6. The configuration of your email account is now completed.
